Rates vary based on the coach’s experience and background — most fall between $100 and $200 per session. Some offer discounts for ongoing support or package deals. To make the most of the match, it helps to share your budget and expectations early on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by matching you with a coach based on your background and goals — no intro call required. Once matched, you’ll get a chance to chat directly with the coach to see if it feels like a good fit. If it does, you can move forward with support tailored to your needs — whether that’s resume help, job search strategy, or interview prep.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and work as a People Analyst in tech. I also run Job-Halo, a platform that’s helped hundreds of professionals in data, and tech roles.
