- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the coach, their experience, and the type of support you’re looking for. Some coaches work on a per-session basis, while others offer packages or ongoing support at a reduced rate. At this time, we do not work with insurance. We encourage customers to be open about their budget and goals early on so we can help identify options that feel realistic and aligned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by understanding your goals, challenges, and what kind of support you’re seeking, whether that’s related to career, life direction, wellness, or finances. Based on that context, we match you with a coach whose background and approach align with your needs. From there, you’ll connect directly with the coach to ensure it feels like a good fit before moving forward with a plan tailored specifically to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with professional experience in people analytics and organizational development. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with professionals navigating career decisions, personal growth, and life transitions. I also run Job Halo Coaching, a platform that brings together coaches across career, life, wellness, and financial disciplines to support people holistically.
