They are criminals in my opinion. Last year I complained from them and Thumbtack suspended their account for about few days. Then they came to my home and apologized and I withdrew my complaint. Then Thumbtack activated their account again. One month after the above incident someone came to my home and said that he worked for them on my house and they did not pay him and they owe him a few thousand dollars. He asked for my help but I was not able to help them. I read a similar story in one of their reviews on Thumbtack. They gave me a warranty but my roof is now leaking just 6 months after they installed it. I texted them to come and fix it but they just ignored that.
