First impression is punctual and professional. We are still in the early stages with a bid for roof maintenance on our property in San Francisco. I made an appointment with Sunny to come at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning to inspect our roof. At 9:30am sharp he rang the bell. He had arrived 30 minutes earlier and had already done a detailed inspection with a drone. At 9:30 we quickly discussed a proposal and agreed to get a written bid.
