When I am having issues with my computer or printer, I rely on L’mer Carter. He shows up on time, is very pleasant to work with and best of, he can analyze tech problems and solve the issue quickly. I also appreciate that I can ask “techie” questions and he explains it to me in simple terms.

Had a wonderful experience with Carter! My computer had not been working properly for several months. Been to apple support several times and they could not figure out. I was ready to pull my hair out with frustration. Within an hour he had resolved all problems. So thankful we found him!!
