I went to Grey Matter to repair the charger jack for my computer. Mr. Richard Auslander was professional, prompt, personable, and proficient. He kept me informed in every step of procuring parts to make the repair and the repair itself, and threw in a tune-up and advice on how to better maintain my beloved computer workhorse (advice that is WORKING, by the way) all for a very reasonable price. I intend to continue going to Grey Matter for my computer repair and update needs.
