- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we engage with a new client, we begin with a phone conversation to pinpoint their specific needs. Based on this assessment, we set up an appointment to move forward with the work. For larger projects, we conduct an on-site visit at no cost to the client. After gaining a comprehensive understanding of the project's scope, we present a detailed proposal that we discuss thoroughly before any work commences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Information Technology solutions provider to clients throughout Northern California. Clients included a wide array of companies and individuals, such as attorneys, accountants, architects, healthcare, manufacturing, hotels, insurance, and government contractors consisting of approximately 1 to 1000 employees. Provided Network Administration and Engineering services for companies utilizing such products from Microsoft, Apple, Cisco, Juniper, VMware, SalesForce, Oracle, Citrix, HP, Dell, Novell, and Artisoft. Determined client's Data Bandwidth, Data Center Tier levels, Colocation, and Cloud requirements. Negotiated with the Service Providers to obtain maximum bandwidth, storage, redundancy, and favorable contract term lengths. Managed complete installation and turn-up.
