- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the expertise required for each client. I believe that I'm extremely fair with my rates. Because of my vast years of experience many times the customer ends up paying less and the job is done correctly in the first place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always speak to a new client on the phone to determine their needs. Based on their requirements I will make an appointment to perform the work. For larger projects, I will generally go to the client's location free of charge, and once I understand the scope of the project, I will provide the client with a proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in applied and international economics. I was the president of a credit card processing company before I was 30, and then started a successful medical software company. From that, I launched an IT consulting company that, by far, was my most successful. I've worked with all types of companies and people from a broad spectrum.
