I believe that everyone can sing and teach every student with a holistic and nurturing approach. I was nervous to take singing lessons as an adult with no prior training or real experience (outside of the shower/car), but Kelly immediately made me feel comfortable and helped me get over my embarrassment with vocal exercises. She helped me control my breathing, work on intonation, and plenty of other helpful tips. I can tell I’m improving already and it has really helped my confidence, even in other areas of my life. If you are having any second thoughts about whether to try singing lessons, do it! Kelly is the best!

Kelly is a phenomenal singer and teacher. She knows how to guide the voice, emphasizing lyricism, legato and helping with breath control. She is also extremely encouraging which helps you feel confident when you are singing!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters and Professional Studies Diploma in Vocal Performance from Mannes College in New York City. I have a Bachelors in Vocal Performance from SUNY Purchase. During my Masters I also took classes in vocal pedagogy and speech pathology.
