Ivan Kwok was quick to my inquiry by email and came over to explain in person about my mold problem under the kitchen sink. He explained how Dry Fogging would solve it. His communication skills in business transactions were good with follow-up mails and phone calls.
After I secured two parking spaces for their service vehicles in my condo garage, he came with his assistant on time on the day that I had chosen. The job was finished in 2 and a half hours. When he finished it, he gave me a few instructions that I should give to my handyman to rebuild the damaged base cabinet. He was dependable and likable! Y.K.

Ivan arrived on time and did a thorough inspection, explained in detail the cause and gave us some advice on how to avoid mold in the future. We worked with Ivan specifically and overall he was outstanding. He showed up on time and helped us so much. He and his team defogged our house in a timely matter. After they defogged the mildew smell had evaporated! He even went above and beyond to help us get in contact with a handyman to take care of the source of our original mold issue. Ivan inspected my rental property last month. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained to my tenants that their dirtiness, poor maintenance, and too many animals that caused many problems. He took many valuable photos and explained to me. Although my tenant declined a professional treatment, I still high recommend Ivan’s service.
