Gustavo did a good job of tiles in my two bathrooms of my house we are very satisfied with the work and with gustavo and we are recommended with our friend and we also recommend it for you who want to renovate your bathrooms thanks
Junio does excellent work and was very meticulous with prep and cleanup. Even after taking out a sink and old granite tile and replacing them, my bathroom walls were in perfect shape and there wasn't a spec of dust anywhere!
Very not-trivial front-yard landscaping project completed by David and his crew without a hitch. Project included removing large amount of soil, building split rail fence with 9 hand-built stone veneer columns and red wood 4x4 rails, installing stone veneer around the front of the house (about 80 linear feet), installing about 800 sq feet of artificial turf, adding about 5 tonnes of cobble stone, truck load of mulch, planting a tree and about 40 plants, adding drip irrigation system and trimming 4 medium size trees.
We hired Lifetime Remodeling in the summer of 2017 to do a first floor addition to our home in Millbrae. The project involved adding 400 square feet to our house, which included expanding the living room and adding a new bedroom and a new bathroom. It was wonderful working with Sam and his team at every step of the way. Their bid was very competitive compared to the many others I got, and the estimated time for completion (about four months) was much shorter than most of the other quotes. Lifetime's responsive customer service and attention to detail made our lives so much easier. Here are just a few examples of things they did to minimize our stress. When strong winds blew the construction fence over during off hours, they came out here quickly to get it back up and weigh it down with sandbags. When it came time to block off the parts of the house being demolished, they helped us move furniture and cover it carefully so that it would not get damaged or dirty during construction. When they needed to move the wiring for our internet access, they made sure to reconnect it promptly. The temporary wall they built was very sturdy and effective at blocking out dust, so we had no problem continuing to live in the house throughout the construction. Sam also closely inspected all the work and often caught adjustments to be made that I did not notice. For example, even though the interior painting looked fine to me, Sam decided that he wanted another coat. When we did point out other things that needed adjusting, such as leveling out certain fixtures, the team promptly fixed them. When I asked for a different design for our recessed lighting at the last minute, even after some of them had already been installed, Sam accommodated the request. Sam checked in with me often, so I always felt well informed about the next steps coming up and what I needed to plan for. This was awesome because I learned that it can be agonizing to pick out tiles, hardwood, hardware, etc. for a project like this, especially for someone like me doing it for the first time. It was also helpful to have Sam's recommendations for suppliers for the finishes and fixtures. We were really impressed that Lifetime finished the project pretty much right on schedule and with absolutely no cost overruns. To make this happen, most days, Lifetime had a team of two to four workers here by 8 a.m., and they worked steadily for the entire day. They also often worked on weekends. After Lifetime finished the addition to the house, we ended up also hiring them to do landscaping for our front yard and replacing our concrete driveway with paver stones. They also did a great job on this, and we are so happy with and amazed by how our house looks now. Remodeling inevitably involves many hard decisions and a lot of time, energy, and money invested by the homeowner! The last thing you need is a contractor who adds unnecessary stress, yet it seemed like everyone I talked to had horror stories about their contractors. We are so grateful that Sam and Lifetime made it a wonderful experience for us.
Ricardo was recommended by a friend & did a great job with my backyard. My backyard looked like a forest. Ricardo cleaned everything out & brought down a 20foot old tree that was dying. We then decided to go with decomposed granite with stone walkway. He added plants along the walkway for extra decoration. Looks amazing. 10/10
I highly would recommend Jensen for your go to guy for any project you have. This is a reference letter for Michael Ngo. Its done in appreciation for all the beautiful work at our home. Michael remodeled all 3 full baths in our house, including all the electrical and plumbing work. I asked him to remove all 3 old full baths and rebuild all 3 as brand new. Unlike other contractors I had experience with before, Michael is one step ahead. He has strong attention to details and an uncanny eye for style/color coordination/design/functionality and has superior workmanship. I bought my house around 15 years ago and had remodeled my bathrooms once after we bought the house (before we met Michael). The previous contractor did a horrible job and I hated my bathrooms for many years and decided to remodel them again few years ago. I came to know Michael and asked him to remodel one full bath downstairs first just to see how it goes. I told him that I wanted a more traditional look that is suitable for both male and female taste. The result was fantastic and I loved it! Michael took the time to check out the various stones and cabinet designs and when he decided that he formed the right picture in his mind with the various styles, he took me to choose the stone, the cabinet, the faucets, etc. I would pick out of his recommended choices. But sometimes I would look at something else and asked him why he didnt recommend those other ones and he would tell me why he didnt think that they were suitable and after hearing his analysis, I would always go back to the ones he recommended. And I couldnt really picture exactly how everything would finally come together, but he will always reassure me his usual phrase Dont worry, it will look beautiful. I can assure you I am extremely picky. And sure enough, every time the final result looks beautiful. After I remodeled my downstairs guest suite full bath, I couldnt wait to let Michael remodel both baths upstairs. I told him I wanted a contemporary look for the full bath for my sons room. And I wanted a classic and romantic look for my full bath. Both of which came out beautiful and I love using all my bathrooms now and I proudly showcase to all my friends and relatives when they come visit. Michael did a lot of work for my master bath upstairs because I wanted a totally different layout because the old layout was not functional. I wanted more space for the shower and I wanted the toilet to be separated from the shower. He redesigned the space for me so now I have a much bigger shower and the same space looks a lot bigger than before and I asked him to put in a Jacuzzi tub as well. He also added mood lights with dimmer for romantic feel (he took me to pick out the wall lamps at the light décor store), recess lights, etc. He added power outlets in the toilet room (my husband specifically wanted outlet plugs right next to the toilet)! Installed vents for the toilet room and the shower room All in all, Michael and Reliance Home Improvements crew did a great job remodeling my bathrooms and I love and enjoy the results every day and will sing Michaels praises to everyone I highly recommend Michael and his crew if you are looking to remodel your kitchen or bathroom .
As a licensed painting contractor, I have worked with many floor covering contractors. Rise Above Flooring has worked with my company on several projects. I have personally been involved with Aaron's projects on multiple occasions and can say that the quality of his companies installations is far and above the work that I would want in my home or business. If you are looking for a hardwood installer that truly knows how to do an install and finish that you would be proud of for years to come, call them for an estimate first. New installs, tie in and repairs, geometric patterns and herringbone look stunning and I have been surprised with the finished floors after seeing what they had to start with on several jobs. Modern coating products have changed at a rapid pace for the painting and floor finishing business. Aaron's experience with this changing challenge is going to give you options that a less experienced contractor can't compare with. Rise Above does excellent trim, crown molding and base board installations on their jobs as well. They can perform prefinished floors, tile and stone work . I have high expectations for my customers homes as well as my own, That is why they have worked on my own home on multiple projects. Scott Warner Coast Brushworks Painting and Decorating

Dan did a great job for us here in Concord. Two Stone projects. He did three Tile jobs for us in San Jose. He is the best.
My experience with Mancini tile and stone was great! His employees were extremely efficient. Kirk was inventive, my bathrooms and entry was done in a beautiful and timely fashion. My kitchen is a mastery to behold. I would recommend his ideas and construction to anyone with an interest in beauty and vision.
SealTechOne cleaned and polished my granite counter tops in my kitchen. They were dull looking. They look amazing they have beautiful reflection in the granite that wasn't there before. He also cleaned and sealed the Stone tile in my master bathroom and guest bathroom. Tim is the Owner and did a great job explaining to me the process and maintenance to keep my stone beautiful.
Leo did a fabulous job fixing a retaining wall to get a house market ready; he was masterful in his work, quick, clean, cost effective. I would highly recommend Aztec Masonry , Leo runs a smooth, efficient business!
