- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I know the customer’s budget restrictions, I can offer to show them something in a lower price range and tell them about payment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's always exciting to meet new people and to the knowledge of their preferences and requirements. After we figure out what is scop of work we create a schedule ( time limit), programming -setting up all the tasks, conceptual design, design development, on-site meetings (if needed).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Interior Design, Bachelors in Art and Historic Preservation, Project Management Programm, Facade design Symposiums, Workshop Spain Castellon from Porcelanosa Group, Workshop Egger (Germany), Member of DAS Club (Design&Style&Architecture).
