Daniell arrived the day after I contacted him, did a walk thru and then went to work. I know some tech but this guy is awesome. He was able to explain my system to me and I got the feeling he could do the same for my mom. There don't seem to be many folks that can do hardware, wiring, network troubleshooting and all the "old skool" stuff that really makes the difference. Daniell also offered some tips and recommendations/upgrades for making my system more reliable. But it wasn't a hard sell, which I appreciated. He told me to see how the work he did works for me and if we need to invest more or take another step then he would do it and I had options. I'd hire him again in a minute and when I buy a house I'll have him wire it, optimize it and set up the AV and everything. Dan is the man!"See more
