Introduction: I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and I work with individuals, couples, and teens in San Francisco.
I support my clients through feeling stuck, life transitions, relationship challenges, loss and help them get relief from depression and anxiety.
Often my clients have challenges in relationships in their personal life or at work stemming from patterns learned in childhood. I have a lot of experience working with people who experienced childhood relationship trauma and didn't have the support they needed to heal. Some struggle with self-esteem, self-sabotage, or are more focused on pleasing others than advocating for themselves. Others have a hard time letting people get close to them but also feel lonely.
