- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free 30 minute consultations so that you know if I can help you. I offer discounts for monthly and quarterly work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm different from a typical coach or therapist as I pay close attention to not only what's going on in your mind, but in your body as well. We'll take a look at your health, your habits, and how your relate to your self, thoughts and emotions. We’ll look at your goals and what gets in the way of you achieving them. Then we'll set a path for creating new habits that may include diet, exercise, meditation/yoga, and rituals for self discovery and realization. Whatever seems necessary and appropriate for you and your circumstance. We will explore various coaching and healing modalities that serve you best. There is no one way for everyone. You are a unique and beautiful soul.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent the majority of my 50 years seeking answers to the big questions of life, why are we here and what are we supposed to be doing? Along the way, I spent 15 years working as a professional in the tech world, designing and producing interactive experiences. So I have direct insight into the world of my clients. I get the overwhelm, anxiety, and lack of meaning that may emerge doing this type of work. I studied psychology, Buddhism, and Jewish mysticism before completing a masters of traditional Chinese medicine and becoming a medical provider. I’ve spent the last 11 years in the clinic as a physician of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. In the past I’ve taught Chinese medicine as well as Polarity Therapy at The Institute of Conscious Bodywork in Marin, CA. I’ve taught Jewish Mysticism as well. I know what’s necessary to truly heal and transform and am not simply a cheerleader for you. I will help coach and train you to be the most true you.
