I came across Mehr and his recently started company CrystalViews via Instagram. We get all our windows and skylight cleaned every year in summer and decided to give his new business a shot. He was great in communicating his availability and process. He was punctual, brought all his equipments, very professional and did his cleaning with detail. Mehr also waited till I was satisfied with his work on all windows or if I had any concerns post his job was done. We are very pleased with his work and totally recommend him to anyone looking for window cleaning.

Mehr was the kind of worker you look for in a professional but have a hard time finding. Doesn't try to cut corners and rush his work, he's clean and neat. The fact that he's young to me is an asset, he does what he promises, how many workers do you know like that ?

This was an extremely pleasurable business experience, that is very rare anymore. Mehr was a one-man team from start to finish, and very easy to contact when I had questions. His price quote was very similar to all the rest I requested from Angi, but his customer service and dedication made the decision easy. On cleaning day, he explained what he would be doing, and that it should take an hour or two to complete. I have a 2-story 24 window plus 2 picture window house. He got his system set up and got right to work. He completed the job, and asked me to walk around to see if I had any concerns about the work. He had guaranteed that if there was any streaking and we were not satisfied, that there would be no charge until it was satisfactorily finished. I had some concerns about all the water drops that were still on the windows, but he reminded me that they use a filtration system that takes everything out of the water, so that it will not leave streaks or spots. I was willing to approve the job and pay him, but he insisted on staying here until all the windows were dried off, so I could see there was no spotting. I was very impressed with his ethic, and appreciated his commitment to his work. He then got his manual window cleaning kit and spot cleaned everything that he didnt like, and left our windows looking beautiful!! I cant recommend Crystal View any higher, or even think about going anywhere else next time. Thanks again, Mehr!! You are awesome!
