Albee and his colleague Ryan were both very responsive. Despite rescheduling due to weather concerns or scheduling conflicts, Albee and Ryan were very responsive and professional. The service they provided had great value. I was replacing a double-hung (double-glass) window that was broken from putting a floating desk on my window (pro tip: don't do it!). They just replaced the glass on the window; I received many other quotes where I was told I would need to replace the entire bottom pane and encasing just to fix the window. I appreciate them for their service and the quality of the work for just what I needed.

Cota Glass really knows their glass! A bonus to the job is that they matched the glass in the surrounding windows rather than install any type of glass. Communication with their office was excellent. While I hope that I don't have any more broken windows, if I do I'd hire Cota Glass to do the repair.

I’ve had a slider leaking on and off for a while, and then the last big storm blew my front casement window of its 60-year-old rusted hinge so it was time to fix things. I called a LOT of window/glass shops and every single one said they wouldn’t even bid a repair, just a replacement. Cota Glass responded quickly and had great follow up. Ryan came out to bid the job right away, and fit me in the next day to make repairs ahead of another 10-day storm. He was fast, cleaned up everything, and paying via app was a breeze. I feel silly for waiting this long to make this repair, and will definitely work with Ryan again if (ok, when), my other old windows leak.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free onsite estimates in San Francisco. If it's outside of San Francisco, we do require a $145 service fee for onsite estimates. However, the service fee will go toward the job cost if you ended up deciding to work with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It would be ideal if you can provide pictures first so we can have an initial discussion if we can help or not before we travel onsite to save both parties time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan is a C17 licensed glazier with 16 years of experience. He gains all the experiences from the real field in both commercial and residential. Windows repair, glass replacements, storefront windows, and shower doors are our specialties.
