- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base rate is $50/hour with a 2-hour minimum. I offer package pricing for larger jobs. I also charge $1 per mile for travel outside of my base area (San Gabriel, CA). My prices are lower than most, as I’m currently working hard to build my rating—but I never cut corners on quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to the customer’s needs and give clear pricing. If needed, I offer a free estimate. Once we agree, I arrive on time, work cleanly and efficiently, and make sure everything is done exactly as expected. I also answer any questions and never leave a mess behind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical degree in metal fabrication and years of hands-on training in furniture assembly, window and door installation, and stretch ceiling systems. I’ve worked on many high-end European-style projects with tight measurements and custom designs.
