Introduction: Below is a review from one of our customers: We hired them for a wedding event and had a great experience. Their quoted price was significantly lower than others, and the luxury 38-seater limo bus was fantastic. We visited their office in San Gabriel for contract signing and also visited their parking lot in El Monte to view the bus before giving them the down payment. I opted to pay them in full upfront because we weren't going to be available in person on the day of the event. The only thing to be aware of is that this is a Mandarin speaking company. Even though the office is English friendly, the driver they have available for us could only speak Mandarin, and therefore, we needed to have a Mandarin speaker on board the bus on the day of the event to mediate the process of loading and unloading passengers (making sure that everyone's there, etc.). We had the driver for approximately 6 hours and included 3 half-hour trips, and he was on time and polite. We had an incident where a guest threw up in the bus on the last trip. We were informed by text on the night of and were able to send in a check for cleaning as was agreed upon beforehand in the contract. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend, especially for Mandarin speakers.
