If not possible to diagnose over the phone I won't perform any work without first informing you of cost, risk, and making sure you fully understand what to expect and of course your consent. I have been repairing and engineering computers/tablets/phones for the last 15 years. I have an A+ and MCP. I have worked in the field of electronics for the last 10 years and became disguested with the overcharging, lack of service and deception. So I have decided to go solo so no one above me can limit what information and pricing I can give you. Technology is supose to help us, not frustrate or burden us.
