Hiring a DJ without speaking to them is like buying a wedding cake without tasting it first or buying a wedding dress without trying it on. Please remember, if a DJ quotes you a very low price, there is a reason why they are so inexpensive, experience really does matter. I have an actual radio background and have appeared on numerous TV shows and movies, so my emcee skills are far beyond the average DJ. I have over 15 years of experience as a Disc Jockey and over 10 years of radio experience. I take great care to ensure that your event is perfect in every way. I will meet with you to discus all music choices and announcements. I've done hundreds of successful weddings all over the United States, many in the Temecula Wineries. DJ Evan was amazing! He was able to set everything up given that preparation time was short. His skills were a true fit to our wedding. Our wedding reception was a little bit different because we had a mini concert going on. Of course, like for so many weddings there wasn't a rehearsal for the reception, but when we made our entrance the place was how we imagined it to be. He even added a few more extra uplights to make it even more dramatic. Then we heard his voice, it was how we hoped it to be, calm, professional and very pleasing.. Just like I said a perfect fit to how we envisioned our wedding to be. The added factor was the video to each song being played made it seem like you were a part of an MTV.. he followed our program exactly and made adjustments when necessary. Oh and not to mention he handled unexpected things quite magnificently! Don't look further when he responds to your post, he would be the only DJ you want on your side, you will truly have a classy wedding reception! Thank you DJ Evan for being a part of the team that made our dream wedding come true!

Great DJ. Perfect for teens or any event. Has great equipment and props and gets involved to make sure that the party is a hit. He did such a great job at my daughter's sweet 16 party and everyone commented that they had never seen so many teenagers dancing at a party. They also sang kaeroke and played party games. Also he played cleaned versions of the songs that the kids like so it keeps it classy.

I Had my daughters 10th birthday party on February 15, 2014. I was looking for a DJ and Mr. Evan came highly rocommended. I looked him up on thumbtack and I got incontact with him. spoke to DJ Evan about what I needed for her party. His pricing was very reasonable and he was so nice to offer other options to make her day even better, I went with them and boy was I surprised. I gave him all the information for the party. He was there already setup and ready to go before I was there. He had everything set up like we tallked about. The kids had a ball playing games, karoke with live screens so the kids could actually see the videos from the music he played, and dancing to the music from the list I provided. He played appropriate music and even had karoke for my 22month old to sing. She had a ball too. Everyone was so pleased with Evan. He was very professional, nice, attentive, and made sure everything went as planned and everyone had fun. I am actually doing a party for myself. I am having him Dj an adult party for me that's how great he is. Mr. Evan my daughter wanted me to thank you for a wonderful time. She said "it was the best birthday I ever had!

Evan DJed our daughter's Sweet 16, and he was perfect! He was able to answer all our needs and incorporate video, 16 candles and Letterman-style Top Ten List presentations into the evening as well as keeping everyone out on the dance floor. 10/10 for Evan!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing starts at $400 for a basic system for events like car shows or fashion shows. My pricing for Wedding Receptions start at $800 for four hours, this includes full sound, cordless mics, basic dance lighting and flat screens. There would be a fee of $200.00 to supply music for the wedding ceremony if a second system is needed. Up Lighting to match your wedding colors would be an extra fee of $125 up to $800 depending on how many lights you would need for your event. Custom Gobo Light start at $150.00

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a Disc Jockey at a roller rink in Costa Mesa in 1980 and at that time I just knew this is what i wanted to do.
