Yes, this teview is on the long sid, but things need to be said. In a world where customer service has been all but forgotten, every once in awhile a hero emerges from the dust.. I found myself in an emergency situation that came up suddenly and I wasn't prepared. I started looking through the housekeeping ads on Thumbtack, and the very first person that came up was mermaid cleaning. I spoke to Sonya who's the owner, (she's been in business over 15 years, by the way) and she heard the devastation in my voice and said, " You need help I'm going to help you" it was already 7:00pm, but she understood that this was really urgent and offered to come that evening to maybe get part of it done. I mean who offers that? The best you're going to get is "could you please call us back tomorrow morning and I'll be happy to help you.". A great deal of it is already is done we're doing finishing touches today so I'll be ready for what's happening tomorrow. I have no special affiliation to Sonya. I had no idea if she was trustworthy, if she was honest. I had no idea but I needed to take a chance and I took it. Let me tell you that taking this chance with Sonya has definitely saved me. I'm not exaggerating, I'm telling it like it is. If you want somebody who will listen to your needs, pay attention, make suggestions and then together come up with a plan Sonya is the person you want to talk to I can't possibly refer her more enthusiastically! Thanks for reading this;)

I needed someone in short notice and was very surprised to get someone that quickly. Sonya came out and did a very good job. I have a large home and she was able to do it all in 2 1/2 hours. I would call her again.
