Had Plumbtree install a water softener and just had them back (about a month later) for a clogged drain - same courteous service, same booties to protect the house, same clean up after he was done. I will be calling them for all of my house plumbing issues.

I called Plumbtree Plumbing and Hannah got me an appointment the same day even though my plumbing issue was not an emergency. Matthew arrived at the appointed time and reviewed all the possible repair options. I appreciated the quality work and his willingness to answer all of my questions.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter will impose a trip fee of $80.00 that will be applied to your selection of proposed solutions. Our technician will use our price guide to present upfront pricing for your selected option. Our website has a variety of coupons that may be applied when applicable. All coupon must be presented before authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will assess your plumbing concerns, present options, and perform the selected option. We will also perform plumbing systems evaluation take photos, and share the basis of our findings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
