Toilet tank had additional leak this time leaking within the tank via the flapper after the first source of leak ( tank bolts) was fixed a few days earlier. The flapper was replaced. The filler was also replaced as a proactive measure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $40 service fee for our appointments for our initial evaluation of the appointment. We waive that fee and only charge the amount for the work itself when you decide to proceed with our services!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all of our clients we require an in home evaluation with each appointment, we don’t offer quotes before arrival. We have found that giving prices for us is a disservice to our clients without being fully informed of the job, we cannot really give an accurate evaluation and pricing.
