He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed the leak perfectly – no more drips. On top of that when he noticed my ancient shut-off valve(on the verge of failing) he replaced it completely free of charge just to make sure I wouldn’t have issues down the line. No upselling, no “while I’m here” pressure – he genuinely wanted to do the job right. He took the time to walk me through what probably caused the problem, gave me super helpful advice on preventing future leaks, and even provided a direct contact to work with the insurance to make sure the claim would go smoothly. Honest, skilled, and professional, nothing to complain about.

I recently hired a plumbing service from George for my under-sink RO system and to replace my kitchen faucet, and the experience was excellent. The George arrived on time, came fully prepared, and was very professional throughout the visit. While working under the sink, he noticed and diagnosed a leak in my existing kitchen faucet—something I hadn’t noticed before. He explained the issue clearly and recommended replacing the faucet to avoid bigger problems later. I appreciated the transparency and the preventive approach. He removed the old faucet, installed the new one professionally, and ensured all the connections were secure and completely leak-free. He also completed the RO installation, checked every line, and tested the system to make sure the flow and pressure were perfect before finishing. The work was efficient, thorough, and clean. Overall, a very professional and knowledgeable service. I’d definitely recommend him for RO installation, faucet replacement, and general plumbing work!

This was the first time George assisted me with some plumbing work. He helped replace an old toilet and also changed a shower head and replaced a leaking pipe under a sink. However I must say that George scored a perfect 10. Very professional, knows his stuff well and even made two trips to Home Depot as additional parts were needed. I highly recommend him for any plumbing projects and will definitely work with him again.
