We took his help with installation of water softener, and also water leak detector, dust filter at our home. He looked at it( it was new type of water softener and not common ) so he did some study and came prepared with plan. He is comfortable to communicate with, took suggestions as we discussed. Most important, he followed up next 3-4 days to make sure there are no leaks and promised to come and fix them! Good to work with!!
