Michael did exactly what we were hoping for - he actually looked at our plumbing and told us honestly what was going on, instead of pushing a much bigger job than we needed. He diagnosed the real issue and got our master tub working again after it had been out of commission for a long time. Tina in dispatch was extremely responsive throughout and even got us a copy of the camera inspection video for our records. Honest, professional, and genuinely easy to communicate with - we're already having them back for more work.

We were very happy to find Major League when we had a bad water leak in front of our house in the vicinity of the mailbox and found out it was our responsibility to fix it! Even though it was late in the day they completed the work and all has gone very well since. We would definitely hire them again!

Our water use was up and so was the bill. Where was the water? Our home should have been flooded. Michael at Major League Plumbing was out here day after being contacted, which was a weekend. He isolated the cause to the home. Then our toilets. Communication was clear. Prices were reasonable. It took a few days to see usage drop— but it has gone down (so far) by 20%.

Highly Recommend!! We had a drain back-up and Major League diagnosed the probable location of the clog looking at the pipes under the house, then used the snake to resolve the problem. Most impressive was his testing of the drain flow from all faucets afterward to ensure the problem was solved. Excellent to work with and is definitely our go to for any future plumbing problems.
