Alex Smith did a great job today unplugging a very difficult drain plugged with tree roots. He worked hard and explained what he was doing every bit of the way as I watched. I was impressed enough that I gave him a nice tip

Theres never a good time to have your water heater go down. But a great decision to go with RR. Alex Smith really made this a great experience. Damien is great! I called at 7am because my laundry room flooded and Damien was here by 9:30am. The drain was unclogged was fixed by 11 and he explained everything that was going on and how to prevent it in the future.
