No matter how much I cleaner, the toilet smelled. They did a free service call and did perfect root cause analysis that it was the wax-ring and flange. Later, I got it fixed by my builder because it was still under warranty.

Steve (Esteban) responded to my request pretty quickly, made a follow up call to clarify, set up time to start work, and arrived on time. Upon arrival, did all the measurements and obtained additional requirements. I had quite a few aspects in the project - toilet removal and install, faucet removal (really old and tough ones), shower cartridges and shower head installs, fixing leaks in angle valves and more. Patient and professional help, very meticulous in getting work done. Outstanding work and highly recommend. Thanks!
