He is very knowledgeable and a nice person. He fixed my garbage disposal that had been making noise ever since the first time we got it. He came to look at my water Heater that isn't working correctly and got it to start up again. He is eventually going to be replacing the water heater. The water heater has been bad since I first had it installed.

Travis is a great technician. He helped fix a loosened sink in our bathroom. He told me how he would proceed with the work when I told him the problem on phone. He patiently listened to what I was saying. After applying the sealant, he came back a couple of hours later to check if everything was okay. Such dedication!!!
