Appliance repair technician was excellent. Alex quickly identified the issues in the first visit, ordered the parts and followed up with an appointment to fix both my oven and fridge icemaker, within a week. Many other technicians before them had told me that my oven cannot be repaired and will have to replaced. I am so glad i found appliance repair. Alex also fixed my stuck fridge filter while he was around. Would definitely go back to this company and technician for any future repairs!

I had an issue with my mini fridge not cooling and having clicking sounds. There was a $60 visit fee regardless of a solution which I was ok with paying. The tech took a look at it and I got a $1400 quote to replace the compressor which I obviously declined given it was a $500 mini fridge. Then 15 min later I was given the option of replacing a relay starter for $290 which I agreed to. It took 10 min for them to complete that with a $10-$30 component/material replacement. I didnt think that fixed the issue as the click sound was still there but I was asked to check after an hour. The fridge is still in the same state but I was charged $290 anyway. I find this to be terrible service. For a cheap component and a few minutes work that did not resolve the issue being charged $290. I also got that money deducted before approving the transaction. Sorry guys that was ridiculous and I’m here feeling absolutely scammed. Would never recommend again this company. I would have paid for any actual material costs but being charged all that additional labor money even after paying $60 service fee is ridiculous.
