Russell was responsive (arrived same day), professional, knowledgeable and communicated his diagnosis, alternative solutions and the costs involved transparently. He helped us choose the most cost effective solution and solved our refrigerator and dryer issue quickly. We found him trustworthy and would definitely call him again for any home appliance issues.

Not sure. Was shown a clean filter. Hard to believe a filter that hasn't been cleaned in 10 years would be clean. Was charged $385 to replace drain pump.

Excellent service :) Russell was diligent and kept at it(ancient Maytag dryer with no heat) until he fixed it completely. We will most definitely ask him again for future repair service. Lucie, the operator was very nice too ;)

Russell arrived early, examined the fridge to determine the problem and proceeded to fix it in a timely manner. He was polite and informative.

Very professional, fixed A/C at house my daughter recently purchased. Was able to find correct breaker (separate, outside), checked power, found that the issue was that the capacitor had exploded. Did all above in about 20 minutes, checked the thermostat, and was done in about 30 minutes. So nice to have A/C again, during the record heat here in Gilroy!
