- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $85, which covers the visit and full diagnosis. Most repairs range from $210 to $340+ depending on the appliance and parts needed. We use OEM parts whenever possible, they cost more than generic, but they last. We don’t compete on price; we compete on doing it right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call or book online, and we schedule a visit — often same day. Before we come out, we let you know about the $85 service call fee upfront. On-site, we diagnose the issue and give you a clear repair quote. If you approve, the service call fee goes toward the repair and we get to work. If you decide not to proceed, you just pay the $85 for the diagnosis — no pressure, no hidden fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on experience with hundreds of appliance models across all major brands, including luxury lines like Sub-Zero, Viking, Wolf, Thermador, Bosch, and Miele. We stay current with manufacturer technical bulletins and diagnostic procedures. These high-end brands require specialized knowledge that most general repair companies don’t have.
