Accurate Appraisal was very responsive which was very helpful since I needed their services for tax purposes. They sent text communications every step of the process. Very easy to work with and much better than another East Bay appraiser who had a good Yelp review but took months to complete my projects and was completely unresponsive when I needed follow-up work.

It is based on the hours I will put into the job. $75-$80 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call to Discuss purpose of the appraisal. 2. Set a time to review/inspect property.3. Research/Research/Research.4. Completes report and deliver to client on time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to complete 107 hours of continuing education every 4 years. I also complete approximately 56 hours of continuing education as a Real Estate agent every 4 years.
