If you are looking for a reliable, intelligent, creative designer for your next remodel project, please consider 664 Design with Keith Farrell. As well as being very reasonable with their fees, I was impressed with the saavy responses to all of my questions. 664 Design did almost everything for me...from designing exterior/interior architectural details on plans to running to the permit office to take care of urgent planning code requirements and permits. Everything was done in a timely manner with my consideration above all--kept me posted daily. Just discussing ideas was a relief because of the varied experiences this designer has had--not to mention that at 664 Design--they also speak Spanish! R.Nunez I

$400 per sheet $200 - $300 to measure and draw existing conditions. $100 per site visit and city submittal of plans or research specific to the property

Currently, most of the jobs I have deal with legalizing existing construction, both residential and commercial.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The only jobs I am not particularly proud of are the jobs which I did not get. All others are like your children, it's hard to have favorites.
