Professional, detail oriented and transparent pricing. We were very lucky to find Aptitude Electrical to help with the outlet repairs request by our incoming tenant. Nelson from Aptitude provided the quote quickly with items listed out clearly based on the photos I shared, along with suggestions for improvement. He was able to come on the following day and fixed all the issues we had. He was very courteous during the service appointment and took time to do things correctly. A special shout out to Bryan of Aptitude Electrical. I had some lights installed and both him and his brother did an outstanding job of the project. They needed to touch up paint as well.
