The bartender that came was very friendly and I appreciate the job she did. However I felt she was either very inexperienced or not that motivated. It took her almost an hour before she really got around to making drinks, at which point people seemed to be ordering them just to help her along. Then I realized that some of the drinks were not looking pretty at all, and it turned out that one of the three recipes I had sent beforehand didn't print out all the way. Later that night I also noticed the simple syrup was barely used, making me think that the second drink was not prepared right, which everyone said was "too strong".. basically was not sweet enough. Point is, she should have tested her drinks before giving them out, and at minimum verified that they resembled the photos. She should also know what blue curaçao is and how to pronounce it before telling guests. And finally, other more experienced bartenders took initiative to find needed ingredients in the cabinet rather than stop me from hosting every 10 minutes to find them. Overall, this company offered 4 hours of service when I only asked for 3, and came prepared with garnishes which is a pretty big time saver. If this had been a basic serve drinks kind of affair, it would have been perfectly fine.

Unfortunately we were not entirely happy with the service we received. The portable bar arrived on time from the rental company. However our bartender was not prepared when she arrived. According to our contract the company was suppose to provide a bar cover, garnishes, ice and equipment needed to mix drinks. The bartender arrived with ice and nothing else - not even basic bar tools or a cocktail shaker. It was a good thing that I had bought fruit - because the server did not bring any of the expected garnishes. I had to scramble to find a cover for the bar. I set up glasses for drinks to be poured in, and the server asked me for paper cups. It was quickly clear that the server was not well versed in mixing drinks. For several basic drinks (like a Moscow Mule) she did not know what ingredients to use. She asked for a pad of paper to write down a list of basic cocktails to offer the guests, and when they came to the bar, showed them this list, and seemed uncertain when they asked for something not on the list. In addition, we paid the gratuity as part of the contract, so that we would not have a tip container sitting on the bar - which we felt was a bit tacky at a private party. The bartender asked me for a container to set on the bar for tips. I agreed because I didn't want to make a big deal about it in front of the guests. It was clear that there was no communication between the server and the owners of the company regarding what was to be provided to us according to the contract we prepaid.

The bartender (Marianne) provided a very professional and high quality service and ensured that my guests and I had a great time. DeShawn provided information ahead of time so that I was prepared (could've been slightly more responsive but eventually got everything I needed). I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for to hire a bartender for an event.
