Hired Bair Renovations to refresh our kitchen, and working directly with Bair made the whole process easy. He walked us through the layout changes, explained what was possible, and didnt push unnecessary work. Sergei handled the day-to-day work on site and was always focused on details from protecting the floors during demo to fixing small things we noticed along the way without any pushback. Communication was clear, the crew showed up on time, and the place was cleaned up at the end of each day. We removed a partial wall, adjusted the cabinet layout, and ended up with a kitchen that feels bigger, more practical, and comfortable to use every day.

Bair did an amazing job managing our new master bathroom remodel. He took my ideas and created a rendering so I could visualize how it would all work together and make sure we were on the same page. Then Sergey (who also remodeled our guest bathroom) executed it to perfection in less than three weeks, from demo, to electrical, plumbing and tiling. He's a magician with all aspects of bathroom remodeling and cares deeply about the quality of his work. Bair and his team were available the entire time to facilitate communication, schedule a separate vendor for a custom shower door/wall, and provide additional manpower when needed. I get a big smile on my face every time I walk into my new spa oasis; it's my favorite room in the house!
