The refinished tub looks great! Communication was outstanding where he gave updates on his ETA based on traffic. This way, I was not sitting around waiting within the entire 2-hour arrival window. I had hired a different service provider to patch the tub, and it looked awful, necessitating a full refinishing. Charlie's Tub & Tile Refinishing stripped the previous finish and coated the tub. He cleaned up the bathroom when he was done, which I appreciated. Not all service providers will do that. When I need bathroom refinishing again, this company will get my first call.
