- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Current calligraphy rates include: $2.00 per envelope (monoline lettering) $2.25 per envelope (brush lettering) $2.00 per place card Wedding and event signage rates vary by size and surface. Please inquire for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please provide in your initial inquiry: - Date needed by. - Colors, if relevant. - Any questions or special requests. Once an inquiry is made, time frames and availability are confirmed, I will send you a sketch/proof for your review and approval before production. Progress on your order remains open and transparent. For envelope commissions: Send all your addresses exactly as you'd like them lettered to letterondesign [at] gmail.com After you place your order, I'll provide you with the mailing address for you to send your envelopes. ***PLEASE PROVIDE 20% EXTRA ENVELOPES TO COVER ANY ERRORS.*** I am only human :) Once I get started, I'll send you a picture of a couple finished envelopes for your approval before I continue on with the rest. After I receive your supplies, please expect 2-3 weeks for turnaround. Larger orders may take a little longer, but I promise to get them done as quickly as possible.
