Introduction: I am passionate about helping professionals to succeed by providing career and leadership coaching. 1. Leadership Coaching I love working with individuals who are motivated to change, learn, and grow. People who are transitioning to a new role or team can also benefit from coaching. I help clients discover their own path and master new attitudes and behaviors to grow as a leader. I coach leaders to tackle issues and derailments to their success. I will challenge them in a way that encourages them to stretch and develop and then offer support to ensure positive change. 2. Career Coaching The job search process can create anxiety and fear in people. They feel disenchanted with their current career or job prospects. Some feel frustrated with the recruiting process and using new tools like LinkedIn. Others need help understanding their strengths, values, and interests to transition to a career that inspires and motivates them. I encourage and coach job seekers to achieve their career aspirations. My professional recruiting experience working at Google and Gap Inc. allows me to provide guidance and insight to help job seekers navigate the recruiting process successfully. I also share skills to guide applicants to craft an effective resume, make a great impression with employers, and prepare for interviews.
