Blue Cap Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our area rugs and they look like new! We had some unsightly food stains on one of our area rugs and other spots on a different one. Diogennes (the owner) recommended different cleaning approaches for each rug based on their placement and materials, and the rugs turned out beautifully! He is friendly, courteous, pays attention to detail, and really knows his stuff. We now have our go-to person for carpet cleaning and will be using Blue Cap Carpet Cleaning again in the future.

This company did an excellent job in cleaning my carpets. I like the professionalism and being responsive with my questions. I was also able to get the time slot that works best for me. He arrived and helped us make a educated decision on our choice to use him or not. We had an issue with our landlord who threatened to charge us even if we got our floods professionally cleaned. The gentlemen who came told us he’d seen this happen before and was okay with us using their preferred vendor instead. Very honest business
