Ahmed was meticulous, thorough, I never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. He left no stone unturned in working to root cause the issue I had with the AC, carefully explained everything he was doing/checking while he worked, and even fixed up mistakes that the original installers had left behind. I feel confident now that everything is in working condition and I won't hesitate to call Golden Air again if I have any more HVAC work to be done in the future.

This is one of my rare detailed reviews. Ahmed was very professional, straight forward & prompt in following through from the beginning to end of a small project of installing two pumps for the Mr cool air handlers. Having managing real estate repairs for 25 years, I can assure you, I know how difficult it is to find good quality professionals. Ahmed is great! he didn't waiver from his commitment, even though the job took longer than his expectations. I would hire him again for my next project.

Ahmed was quick to respond to a sudden problem that arose with our very old HVAC furnace. He quickly and accurately gave his prognosis and recommendations. He was unable to carry out repairs so I hired another company. A bit pricey for a service visit but he scheduled it at short notice, he was professional and his advice was helpful and sound.
