We did four different closets, including two U shaped closets and some irregular spaces with uneven corners. He was able to work around all of those and give us a really clean finished product that uses the full space from end to end. I mostly gave him my requirements at a high level and didn’t have to spoon feed him every detail. He came up with different designs and shelf configurations, walked me through the options, and we finalized what worked best for us. He was transparent throughout the process, showed up when he said he would, and completed the work within the timeline he originally gave me. The quality of the work is really good. I have done closets before and compared multiple options, and I felt his pricing was reasonable for the quality and level of customization. This is also very different from something like an IKEA closet because everything is built to fit the actual space. There are no awkward gaps on the sides, and even some weird corners and triangle shaped areas were finished really well. I also asked for a few modifications after we had already agreed on the original design, and he was flexible and able to accommodate them. I initially didn’t think about adding a backdrop and later decided I wanted one instead of using the wall as the back. He was able to make that change as well, and the additional cost was reasonable. We also added lighting, which costs a little more but I would definitely recommend it. It makes the finished closets look much better, and he even gave me some extra switches for the lights. Most importantly, he is a very calm, polite and easy person to work with. I have dealt with other people in this business who can be difficult or rude, and that was never the case here. There were a couple of small things along the way, which is normal with a project like this, but whenever something came up he took care of it and made sure I was satisfied with the final result. He is still growing his business and was very open about that from the beginning, but based on the quality of the work, pricing and my overall experience, I would definitely recommend him. We had moved from two larger apartments into one smaller apartment and things in boxes from the move all over the place. She helped us put things away in an organized fashion as well as designing a custom closet which will be much more effective than the one that we had. She went to the closet store, shared design choices, and got us a good deal on the installation and materials. She also went to our storage space and spent a day going through the boxes, labeling them with the contents, and bringing back a list for us of things that we probably want to take to the apartment and where they were. She’s super responsive and we have “rehired” her a few times. She will come over next to help us out all of the stuff away in the closet and suggest ways to keep things from getting disorganized."See more

Yolchu had great communication throughout and was very quick to arrive. He was able to do this project on the same day! He helped repair a couple of closet rods that broke off.

He insisted on taking off his shoes even when I let him know he didn’t have to. He cleaned up after to ensure everything was clean. Very respectful professional.
