- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the home’s square footage and the current condition (light/average/heavy). Minimums: $180 Standard/Recurring • $280 Deep Cleaning • $350 Move-In/Move-Out. Add-ons are quoted separately, and we may request photos to make sure pricing is accurate. First-time clients get 10% off (max $40). A small deposit secures your booking. Payment: Zelle or cash. Note: we don’t offer carpet or upholstery cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Tell us the service: Standard (recurring), Deep, or Move-In/Out. 2. Send photos + sqft: Please send photos of the areas you want cleaned and the total square footage of the area you would like cleaned (Zillow link OK). • Kitchen: sink & faucet, oven exterior, cabinet fronts near stovetop • Bathroom: tub/shower (include glass), sink & faucet • Living areas: one wide shot + baseboard close-up 3. Estimate & scheduling: We confirm the quote, recommend add-ons if needed (oven/fridge interiors, interior windows/tracks, tile & grout, inside cabinets if empty), 4. Booking: Small deposit to secure; Zelle or cash at completion. 5. Day-of: Walk-through, detailed clean, final walk-through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team follows a documented, room-by-room cleaning system built for consistent, professional results in homes and small offices. We’re trained on surface-safe product selection (including stainless steel, glass, sealed stone, and wood/laminate), proper degreasing, and hard-water/soap scum removal. We use a top-to-bottom workflow, dwell-time techniques (letting products work while we detail other areas), and strict cross-contamination prevention (color-coded microfiber for kitchens, bathrooms, and general areas). Every job runs off a detailed checklist for high-touch disinfecting, baseboards/edges, fixtures, and final walkthrough quality checks—plus before/after photos for accountability.
