If I cannot provide solutions, solve, fix or repair the problems, there will be no charges. All works have warranties and will be done in a fast, reasonable time frames. All return customers will get an additional discount on top of the already discount prices. If I see something that can be improve or correct to make your computers run more efficient and faster, I will suggest the additional services but will not upsell anything on you. 🙂🎁
Please be kind to technicians and not setup appointments with multiple technicians on the same day with very short time in between until the first technician not able to fix or solve your computer problems. After all we are just human, trying to make a small living. I have encountered a few bad customers who booked multiple technicians in a row on the same day and it happened that two technicians came at same time face to face with each others. It was a very awkward moment! I gave a courtesy to the other technician and just left so that he could get a chance.
