- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in the fact that we offer honest and fair pricing to our customers. Our prices are per work hour or per project, and we will give you an estimate in advance. If, after thoroughly examining the issue, we feel that it will take longer than we initially thought to solve or fix, we will immediately update you before going any further. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Returning customers, and those who refer us to others, receive considerable discounts! We want you to be be happy and recommend our services to your friends and family :-)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we would schedule an introduction phone or video call to get to know the customer, ask questions about the issue that the customer is experiencing, and give the customer time to ask us questions and get more information. Then, a work agreement would be sent to the customer that details the specific issue that the customer is experiencing, the work being asked to be done, the estimated price, and an explanation of the projected outcome. Then we would schedule a work time that is convenient for the customer and perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State Engineering. In addition, I have over 20 years of information technology experience, starting way back in 1996. I've worked for companies such as General Electric, Creative Labs, City of San Jose, and Regal Cinemas, all in the IT field.
