I am happy to write a well-deserved review for Alpha Build. David helped us install the washer and dryer hookups in all four units in our fourplex rental property. This involved installing the water supply, drainage, gas, electric and air vent connections for the washers and dryers to work. As Murphy Laws would have it, we found out that we needed to do more than what was expected when Davids crew opened up the walls e.g. replace the entire pipe with a wider pipe instead of just connecting to the existing plumbing as required by current plumbing code. Even with these challenges, David exhibited three characteristics that you would want for a general contractor working on your project.(1)He takes care of stuff. As a passive property owner with a full time job, I cannot spend a lot of time managing the project. David was on top of the project coordinating the schedule with the tenants and the City inspectors. At the same time, he kept me in the loop letting me know that he has everything under control.(2)He sticks to the project time line. The project took about a month from end to end and I would say that project was completed on schedule after considering the additional work that needed to be done and scheduling with the City inspectors.(3)He sticks to the budget and gave a very reasonable quote for additional work that needed to be done.We had a very positive experience with Alpha Build and would definitely use them again in our future projects as well as recommend them.

Great experience! We hired AlphaBuild to renovate our house, our place has never been renovated before, and we felt that it's time to get it done. Our contact guy was David, and I really feel that he made this process much easier, he's detail-oriented and it made us feel much more comfortable and relax during the project.

Me and my wife have decided to remodel our kitchen last summer, we had these guys provide an estimate. Because of some circumstances we couldnt start this project back then, we reached out again one year later but had some concerns that we need to go through the estimate process all over and maybe getting a new bid. After sharing our thoughts with them they offered to keep the estimate as is. The job process went through smoothly, Our kitchen looking great, job well done!

David and Diego Alplabuilds representative, were extremely polite and knowledgeable, after two meeting Ive decided to hire them to do my project (kitchen and dining room renovation and adding new room addition). both David and Diego were very responsive for every call or question that I had and walk me through the entire project. The crew was nice polite and seems very professional. The end result is looking amazing, we are more then satisfied with our choice and already referred them to our friends.

OUTSTANDING!!! David and all of there wonderful employees have made our remodel a dream. Everyone we have worked with is highly experienced in the industry, prideful in their work, and personable. They have been honest, straightforward, and fair in pricing. They take the time to understand your priorities and provide council through the decision making process. The craftsmanship has been great, they leave our house in good order every day and are friendly to our dog. We have been so thrilled with the remodel they did on our bathrooms that we signed for our master bath and main home flooring.
