Maynor came on time, took a look at the scope of work, gave me a fair price, and a day he would start. He also looked around my condo and pointed out other things that he could do for me, and gave me estimates on each. He offered to estimate each job at a fixed price, or a day rate. Both of which were extremely reasonably priced. I ended up hiring him to renovate the kitchen, and numerous other things that needed to get done. It was well priced, and high quality workmanship. No compromises on quality whatsoever. He asks intelligent questions about what I’d like to get done, and offers advice on alternatives which I wouldn’t have thought of. He’s a honest man, a hard worker, always punctual, and a great person to have on your side in any project. The job was to install crown molding in a Room with vaulted ceiling and to built 2 cabinets with glass door 1. The cabinets were fabulous , well crafted, quality work, perfect fit, above average and the installation was up to par with the quality 2. Crown molding, was install perfectly, the corner fit really well considering crown molding with a vaulted ceiling are no easy work Will hire him again for sure. Rudy was awesome! He responded to my request within an hour. He was able to provide me with a labor quote from the photos I sent. We set a date and time to start the job. Rudy texted me 2 days prior to confirm and texted me the morning of when he was on his way!! Rudy and his helper arrived on time and immediately got to work. They cleaned up all the scraps and did a beautiful job. If you are looking for someone to install crown molding seriously look no further, Rudy is the guy.
