- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe remodeling should start with clear expectations, not surprises. Our pricing is based on detailed planning, realistic budgeting, and transparent scope of work from the beginning. Unlike many contractors who provide rough estimates early and adjust pricing later, we focus on creating accurate project budgets upfront through design consultation, material planning, and detailed cost analysis. This helps minimize unexpected change orders during construction. We also offer 3D design/rendering services so clients can visualize the final result before construction begins. In many cases, the design fee can be credited back toward the construction contract if the project moves forward with us. Pricing varies depending on project size, finishes, structural work, permits, and site conditions, but our goal is always to deliver the best balance between design, quality, and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make remodeling more organized, transparent, and predictable from the beginning. We start with an initial consultation to understand the client’s goals, style, functionality needs, and budget expectations. After evaluating the space, we move into the planning and design phase, where we can provide layout ideas, material selections, and optional 3D renderings so clients can visualize the final result before construction starts. Once the design and scope are finalized, we prepare a detailed project proposal with clear pricing, timelines, and specifications. We also assist with permits and city requirements when needed. During construction, we maintain regular communication, scheduling updates, and progress tracking to keep the project moving efficiently. Our goal is to minimize surprises, stay aligned with the approved budget, and deliver a finished space that closely matches the original design vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has been serving clients since 2005, with years of experience in residential remodeling, design, and construction project management throughout the Bay Area. Over the years, we have worked on bathroom remodels, kitchens, ADUs, additions, and full home renovations, giving us extensive hands-on experience with both design and construction execution. Our background includes project planning, budgeting, permitting, 3D visualization/rendering, and material coordination to help clients better understand their projects before construction begins. We focus on combining practical construction knowledge with thoughtful design and transparent communication to create a smoother remodeling experience for homeowners.
