Dumi and her team were absolutely amazing! We had our wedding at City Hall with a reception at La Mar and everything turned out so much better than we could have imagined. Dumi made the whole wedding process so easy to navigate with a standout checklist and frequent touch points. The vendors she had in her roster were all fantastic and she even found us deals to help keep our wedding costs down! She is so kind hearted and sweet but she knows how to keep the different vendors (and the rogue family member) in line :)
We would easily recommend her to anyone getting married and would give her six stars if we could!

Dumi and her team did an amazing job coordinating our wedding! From the timeline preparation to ceremony setup and details to the decor, she thought through every small detail and made sure that everything went smoothly. Our venue setup was a bit awkward for the ceremony entrance, and Dumi figured out a way to funnel everyone in and keep the bride hidden before the ceremony started. Our wedding day was perfect and stress-free thanks to her hard work. Thank you again, Dumi!

I can't say enough good things about Dumi - she was so kind, funny, communicative, a great listener, a lifesaver at many times, and made sure our big day was a complete success.
Our wedding would not have been as amazing and perfect without her and Brandin there. She made sure everything we wanted to do to make our day special went off without a single hiccup. I have no idea how she can manage to make a 160 person wedding run so smoothly but she makes it look easy - it brought me so much peace of mind knowing she was there.
Some memorable moments for me are that while I was busy on my wedding morning Dumi made sure everything was in place and reported back to me what was happening/being set up so I never felt out of the loop. Then I realized I forgot silver sharpies for the guest book and out of nowhere she pulls out exactly what we needed from her fanny pack!! She is always one step ahead.
Dumi also made sure my pictures were on point and was throwing my veil to make it look like it was blowing in the wind - she literally thinks of everything.
She was not only my coordinator but she was my bestie for the day. If there is anyone you can trust to bring your vision to life during your wedding, it's Dumi. You would be so lucky to have her by your side.

We can say with absolute certainty that our wedding would not have been the incredible experience it was without Dumi. As two professionals with demanding jobs and little free time, we were dealing with major decision fatigue. The thought of spreadsheets, vendor calls, and logistics felt overwhelming. All we really knew was that we wanted to celebrate with our loved ones in the Bay Area—where we first met and fell in love over a decade ago—and that we hoped to be surrounded by redwoods, all on a modest budget.
With just that information, Dumi immediately got to work and found us the perfect venue. From there, she made every step of the planning process feel light, intentional, and manageable. She curated a small number of excellent choices for each decision, which made everything feel so much less daunting. And when we had strong preferences—like for hair, desserts, or food—she stepped back and gave us the space to take the lead.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Dumi! If you are looking for someone to support coordination for your wedding or other special event, look no further, because Dumi is your BEST option! We booked Dumi's "Day of" coordination services and we could not be happier with her work. From the moment we started working with her, Dumi was very organized, professional, and often gave very helpful feedback/tips for our event based on her prior experience. Dumi led our wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding and was so on top of it! On the day of our event, Dumi made sure everything went off without a hitch and we were actually ahead of schedule for much of our wedding which gave us more time for photos with our guests. From our immediate families, wedding party, and even some of the guest attendees at our wedding, people could not stop praising Dumi and her excellence as a day of coordinator! If we had to do it all over again, we would re-book Dumi for our wedding without hesitation!

We love to work with each client to ensure their needs are met. We offer a la carte options where we can customize a package exclusively to fit your budget and needs. Please note that the pricing shown here on thumbtack is simply an estimate. The actual cost will be provided once details about your needs have been submitted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free virtual consultation for every client if needed. This is at the discretion of the customer to request a consultation. Then, we will follow up with a detailed proposal via HoneyBook. Once our clients select and approve the proposal, we follow up with a contract, and once signed we begin work based on the package booked.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe that one can be good at something without being formally trained to do said thing. We can guarantee you a detailed and thorough approach every step of the way. One that anticipates emergencies and mishaps before they happen. Ask any of our past customers!
