I had Terra Waste Management come out and demolish a large deck, including massive footings that needed to be removed. They did an excellent job! The team worked tirelessly and put in tremendous amount of effort and left my lace very clean. I’m happy with the result and highly recommend their services.

Pros: Exceptional Customer Service: The team was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and providing transparent pricing upfront. Punctual & Reliable: They showed up right on time which was a huge plus for our tight schedule. Clean & Well-Maintained Equipment: The truck they sent was clean and in great condition. They also made sure to park it exactly where we wanted with minimal impact on our driveway. Eco-Friendly Approach: I appreciate that they prioritize environmentally responsible disposal practices, which gave us peace of mind knowing our waste was handled sustainably. Cons: Popular Service: Because they’re so good, you may need to book ahead, especially during busy seasons. But it’s definitely worth the wait! Overall, I highly recommend Terra Waste Management & Hauling for any waste removal needs. Their professionalism and eco-conscious approach really set them apart. A responsive hardworking crew of 2 arrived at the agreed upon time to remove a built-in grill and cabinet with countertop, BUT were not fully prepared to protect our floor-to-ceiling glass windows (which was outlined in our job description beforehand). This job was more of a careful deconstruction rather than a demolition and they only brought one piece of plywood to protect a huge expanse of glass. We had a small heart attack when they began sledgehammering the countertop and shards of material began flying! Thankfully we were able to stop them before any damage occurred and luckily we had some extra plywood in our garage, but it was a very stressful start. Once we reiterated that they could not damage the house, windows & patio, the crew was much more careful and completed the job to our satisfaction. In the end, they removed the built-in grill, the job site was left broom clean, the material was properly disposed of, and by a minor miracle, our windows weren't broken or scratched. In hindsight, I wish we had larger pieces of plywood on hand AND placed a blanket between the glass and the plywood for better protection. Live and learn, we were very lucky nothing was damaged.
